What we collect

When you request an estimate or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, the property address, a description of the work, and any photos or documents you upload. We also record which page you came from and, if present, campaign details in the link (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID), so we know how people find us.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and do the work, and keep records of the job. Your request is stored in our customer management system. We don't sell your information.

Text messages

We text you only if you ask us to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Photos

Photos you upload are used to estimate and plan the work. Location data in photo files is removed when they're stored. We don't publish your photos.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and device type; it never receives what you type into our forms.

Your privacy choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it (except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons), or opt out of analytics.
