Rental Repairs for Property Managers in Las Vegas, NV

Small work orders during a tenancy or at move-out: the patch, the sticking door, the broken blinds, the caulking. We schedule with the tenant and send photos and an invoice per work order.

Rental Repairs: what we do

Small repairs from your work orders. Each work order is a job of its own, under $1,000 in total, and we don't split a bigger job into smaller work orders. If a work order is bigger than that, or needs a plumber, electrician or HVAC company, we tell you right away so you can send it to the right company.

Small work orders
Patches, doors, blinds, hardware, caulking, screens and touch-up paint.
Move-out items
Deposit items like holes, broken blinds and damaged baseboard, photographed before and after.
Tenant scheduling
We confirm access with the resident and keep you posted.

Rental Repairs questions

Can you get a whole unit ready between tenants?

Not right now. We take small repair work orders only, each under $1,000 in total.

Do you invoice the owner or the management company?

Whichever you set up. Most managers want invoices to the company with the property and unit on them.
