Common problems we fix

- Doors swell and frames shift with the heat. Usually a hinge adjustment, sometimes a light planing.
- Won't latch
- The latch no longer lines up with the strike. We realign it instead of forcing the door.
- Sliding door that drags
- Worn or dirty rollers. Adjusted or replaced, the door slides with one hand again.
